Peanut butter playdough is a great activity for kids. Kids love to make the peanut butter playdough and then use their imaginations to make whatever their hearts desire. They also get to strengthen the muscles in those little fingers. This recipe is edible – definitely a plus for parents with little kids that like to eat everything. And, this recipe is just 3 ingredients!
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- Mix all three ingredients until well combined. If you’re okay with a little mess, this is a great activity to involve your kids. They can use their hands or fold in the ingredients with a spatula.
- Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Let the kids play! If you want to use molds, use the molds from your Play-Doh sets. If you don’t have any, this is a great option.
Peanut Butter Playdough should last in an airtight container or sealed bag for about 2 months (if it is not eaten before then).

Making recipes with your children is a great time to discuss measurements. Even if you have a very young child, take the time to show the different size measuring cups and which is greater/smaller.
